Nike continues its salute to 10 years of Nike Free with the release of the ‘Genealogy of Free Black’ Pack. The pack highlights three shoes which feature Nike Free technology as well as three additional styles which influenced the creation of the Nike Free platform, each in a new Black edition. The Sock Racer, Air Rift, Free 5.0, Free Run+ 2, Free 5.0 OG and Air Presto will each be exclusively released in a limited edition Black colorway. Celebrating the new release in their own way, CHAMP Magazine and Tokyo Running Crew AFE TOKYO have come together to produce the above editorial, capturing the runners in action in the heart of Nakameguro, Tokyo, with photography by Ben Clement.

The sneakers will be available at nike.com/nikelab and NikeLab DSM GNZ. Further to the release, running crews from around the world will unite in a global night run, ‘BLACK NIGHT RUN’ on Wednesday July 30th. Runners are invited to wear their darkest colors with reflectors, and run their city in a new light.
