France is the home of bakers, and filmmaker Éric Dorchain has created this exceptional short film to highlight are Bakers from another time. Yvan & John of the “Cassons la Croûte” Association use the age old tested technique of baking sourdough bread over a wood fire. To make bread, they use organic flour from old wheat varieties, also seeds and nuts from organic farming underlining the traditional process. This film that runs for almost 10 minutes, and makes for intriguing viewing so take time out of your day and enjoy.
