As Chris Gibbs’ appointment as Creative Director for the 2013 #Heineken100 program was announce the continued partnership with Mark McNairy became a conceivable possibility due to their longstanding working relationship. We can can now confirm that as part of the initiative deemed “Men of the World” we will once again see the two joint together, this time turning the spotlight onto McNairy’s classic chukka saddle boot. This go around will see the production of two boots. As one will continue the established mark up of the previous #heineken100 collaboration, a black pebbled leather upper matched with a green sole and white eyelets and laces. Another will introduce a white suede upper with a distinct red leather heel stripe which harkens back to historical styled saddle shoes, very classic move. To whom these beautiful shoes will find their way to, they will surely be welcoming additions to the closet while the rest of us get to admire the beauty and wish.
