Lady Gaga may epitomize anti-“ready-to-wear” fashion — dresses built from meat, dresses built from airplanes? — but come the stroke of 12 this Thursday morning, November 14th, she’ll be lending her name to the opening of H&M‘s new destination for (sort of) designer fashion, a 42,000-square-foot store in Times Square. Miss Gaga will cut the store’s ribbon and light the huge H&M logo on top of the 4 Times Square building. She might even sing.
The Swedish retailer’s new home will be the first store in the world to debut their Isabel Marant for H&M collection.
Show up here Wednesday night to take part in the festivities.
