The latest project between Levi’s and CLOT has seen this impressive 503 model reworked with a World War III theme pivotal to the destroyed denim. Repaired and restored, the denim is tagged with the official colors of the republic: red, blue and green. Marked through a paisley motif, this distinct garment is a sign of what the world once was; a mortar that helped achieve the peace we enjoy today.
CLOT and iconic denim brand Levi’s® bring this memorable experience to life through a unique vision of the future, provided by brand director Edison Chen. Much like past efforts, including CLOT’s The Black Sun denim, this latest creation is a culmination of history yet to come into fruition. Equipped with a wash that only CLOT and Levi’s® could execute, the jeans are marked with battle scars throughout, including the use of CLOT’s signature paisley tri-color band, zipper pockets, stud belt holder details, distressed equipment marks and even glow-in-the-dark paint remains.
March 11, 2011 will be remembered. While the future remains to be written, this will be a day in history that will signal the end of modern times.
