With his NEIGHBORHOOD subsidiary, LUKER by NEIGHBORHOOD, designer Shinzuke Takizawa takes inspiration from British culture, looking to the design cues of various eras in British style, while maintaining a strong sense of the original NEIGHBORHOOD brand. For Fall/Winter 2012, Takizawa has created a collection modeled off punky-reggae culture, realized through pieces like parkas, leather jackets and a collaborative pair of CL boots with English shoemaker, George Cox. Also included is a special collaboration to celebrate the Rolling Stones’ 50th anniversary this year.
