You know how really old paint starts to chip off in little scales? Yeah, well Maison Martin Margiela X Converse took that concept and managed to turn it into one hell of a new collaboration and, now the two brands have re-ed up on their collaboration. For their second go, they’re releasing new interpretations of the Converse All Star Chuck ’70 and the Converse Jack Purcell, both done in a super soft leather and covered with white paint. Like a good pair of selvedge denim, the more they wear, the better they look.

See them for yourself above and look for them starting May 23 at San Francisco, SoHo, and Santa Monica stores.
