We’ve been hearing plenty of murmurings recently of good things in the pipeline from Carhartt WIP. Turns out one of these has come to fruition, with the announcement of a forthcoming collection in partnership with Japanese streetwear mainstay, NEIGHBORHOOD. Based on the teaser above, the collection is representative of both brands’ shared utilitarian aesthetics – so a collaboration like this makes perfect sense. For our money, we expect to see Shin Takizawa‘s signature leopard print and motorcycle culture-inspired detailing applied to Carhartt WIP silhouettes, essentially meaning NEIGHBORHOOD styles at a fraction of the cost.

The capsule will arrive in Japan on August 23rd, before hitting selected international Carhartt WIP stores and retailers on September 4th.
