There’s almost an unspoken rule in menswear these days: whatever Nepenthes touches, turns to gold. It’s definitely the case with the company’s latest footwear endeavor – a smooth take on McKinlay’s Sherwood chukka. Commissioned by Nepenthes, the Sherwood takes the New Zealand-based footwear company’s original design and adds a few custom modifications. These include a new sole, tonal stitching and the absence of the top D loop eyelet. It’s also available in two new suede colors – Sand and Black.
