Historically, camouflage prints were used to mask and, well, camouflage the wearer within their surroundings. Of course, this has evolved over time, to a point where there are now all sorts of camo styles and their use has become sartorial and not just practical. Even with all the various takes on camo that we’ve seen in recent years, this one particularly inverts the old model.
New Era has released a set of hats inspired by pop artist Andy Warhol—and they certainly pop. The cap-maker recently partnered up with The Andy Warhol Foundation for a set of bright, loud and mesmerizing hats. With a motley mixture of colors on the outside, the interior sweatbands feature quotes from Warhol, while the underside of the brim shows off his signature.
