Designed by London-based Simon Cato, O.BALLOU’s Autumn/Winter 2013 collection could be the most refined, and dare we say it, mature, debut menswear offering we’ve seen in recent times. Seriously, the brand only launched its site this week, and it seems Cato has set the bar rather high for future collections.

With leather sourced and produced in the small town of Santa Croce sull’Arno, Tuscany, and cashmere yarn from mills in Scotland and Italy, O.BALLOU specializes in hand-sewn tailored garments, leather goods and cashmere knitwear. We’re looking in particular at the exceptional range of jackets, from the Mongolian-Sherpa/Deerskin Anorak through to a cashmere-lined, Nappa leather number, as well as several other knitted options. Casual at its core, this collection is made up of individual classics.

Expect to see much more from this brand in the future. The full collection can be found at ottati-ballou.com.
