Rocky Mountain Featherbed is a brand with an interesting past, founded in Wyoming in the 1960s to supply cowboys with an iconic weather-proof product before falling off the map in the ’80s and subsequently being bought back to life by new Japanese owners in 2005. The most important thing however is that the resurrected brand continues to make incredible outerwear pieces – among which sits their down vest selection. This season’s vests come in two styles – the Down and Christy – and feature a western-style yolk, down and feather insulation and various hard-wearing materials like corduroy, denim and Harris Tweed wool. The collection is available now at HAVEN.
