The Exquisite Subtly of Simon Miller’s 2014 Spring/Summer Collection
If at first Simon Miller‘s 2014 Spring/Summer lookbook seems unremarkable, look again: the beauty of the Los Angeles clothier’s collection lies in its attention to detail and the exquisite dyes used to bring out the American denim and Japanese Selvedge’s subtle weaves.
Their new M001 narrow fit comes in four washes Indio, TwentyNine, Copen, and Stinson. A selection of sun-faded and 15x dyed button downs offer a vintage look without having to actually wear someone else’s shirt.
The lines includes two collaborations, the first with photographer Ben Tierney, who’s T-Shirts capture a series of southwest destinations from the Hoover Dam to the Cosmopolitan Hotel pool. And the second, a set of four classic denim and indigo sneakers from Australian footwear brand Volley.
