Chris Kelly and Sara Flamm who are Theatre de la Mode continue to approach fashion with a distinctive appeal. Showcasing their Spring/Summer 2009 collection entitled “Undertone” with a film of the Quay Brother featuring loosely draped silhouettes inspired by the 1920s. Poiret also gets referenced but not with ornate embellishment but with electric toned colour blocking. This follows the much talked about shadow puppet theatre that echoes their first puppet-scale collection last season “Willow”.

Check out this amazing film and collection from Theatre de la Mode over at Dazed Digital, you will not be dissapointed.
