This Fall for their 40th anniversary, Timberland updated three of their classic boots, the Super 6″ boot arriving in late September, the World Hiker coming in the end of October and the Super Boot set for November. To coincide with these updated boots, the Rig Out was asked to collaborate by creating a film and other materials to help communicate these new versions of three classic silhouettes and the updated technology involved. The ‘Into The Trees’ Timberland x Rig Out project and film uses Beaverbrook as the backdrop location in upstate New York. The film features the artist Noah Kalina leaving his Brooklyn studio travelling upstate to Beaverbrook and picking Mordechai Rubinstein, also known as Mister Mort, up along the way. Enjoy!
