As with a lot of utilitarian brands these days, Champion has started to keep an eye on fashion in recent times. The sportswear brand has of course played its own part in the history of what we deem as casual fashion, or even street style – basically defining the item we now know as the hoodie. So it’s only natural  that the athletic apparel company are aiming to tap back into a more fashion conscious market by collaborating with retailers Urban Outfitters. The joint collection maintains a strong vintage sportswear aesthetic, using faded colours and classic logos to present a number of accessible items representing staple styles; tees, sweats, hoodies and coaching jackets all hold their place amongst other pieces in the range.
