While Acne is very much considered at the forefront of trend focussed fashion brands, it all started with a simple denim line which spawned from a very successful creative agency in Stockholm. We’re obviously big brands of the brand headed up by designer Jonny Johansson, and its denim is always at the forefront of our mind.

Acne Jeans who are at the centre of attention at present with the impressive collaboration with Lanvin. Perhaps a sign on bigger things to come from the prominently denim based label as they seem to really becoming of age as a result. This release features some really great pieces, and one that stands out is a classic yet casual and impressive looking cardigan.

Now here is a preview of the capsule collection on the Acne website while small in size, the collection is huge in stature, featuring a very clean and minimal aesthetic largely with grey’s and navy’s.

Acne Jeans, who are making a lot of noise with their collaboration with Lanvin have added this very impressive March Vest to there Fall/Winter Collection. Inspired by utility and army wear and the Italian cotton with a high twist yarn gives the garment an amazing vintage look. Not for everyone and a piece that suits a specific look but none the less I am more than impressed, its available now from Oak.

Inspired by the world famous Redwing workboot, Acne Jeans are set to release this great looking boot for the coming colder months. The boot is in keeping with the classic workboot mould, but as with the signature Redwing boots its the colour that really makes the shoe, Acne have taken a different approach, but at the same time just as effective. Definately one of the best shoes this season.
