The Cinelli x MASH Bolt, pays homage  to the original Bolt geometry while the specs are designed for long distance riders while the frame is built with Columbus Airplane construction and completed with a silver top coat reminiscent of historical Cinelli colors.

Following up on the success of this years Mash collaboration with Cinelli, Benny Gold has worked on a new colorway for spring 2010. The frame will be debuted this week at the Interbike Tradeshow. The custom paint and frame stickers are meant to resemble the shape of the Mash lighting bolt and give the bike a feeling of speed. Cinelli will continue to offer the classic color as well as the new color option. In addition it still will have a paper plane snuck in!

Much has been made of this hugely impressive collaboration between Cinelli and MASHSF. First seen at Interbike 2008, the prototype track bike was made production-ready over the winter and the first finished framesets will hit shops next week. Here is the most detailed look prior to release of the MASHSF X Cinelli fixie bike, an all-new design built from the ground up unlike previous collaborative art bikes that were designed around existing models. Benny Gold is responsible for the visual design and look of the frame, with the bike features pursuit track geometry, monochromatic paint scheme and a retro-Classic Cinelli crest logo on the head tube.

The price is confirmed at $850 US for frame, fork and headset. In the US, bikes will be available through Cinelli Authorized Dealers making for a very exciting release for riders with Benny Gold offering the art work.
