Faliero Sarti, have long nourished the artform of scarfs having been a family owned business for more than fifty years. Produced exclusively in Italy, they have worked with the likes of Visvim, Ann Demeulemeester and Vivienne Westwood amongst others. Fall/winter 2009 continues the same concept which has put them amongst some great company, with hand finished scarfs which benefit a one off finish mixing silk and cashmere on their Petro M and Dorito models.

“Faliero Sarti has been producing their lovely textiles out of Italy for over fifty years. Faliero Sarti himself ran the company from 1949 until his death inn 1985 at which point control was handed over to his two sons, Roberto and Paolo. Through the company’s history, Faliero Sarti has supplied textiles to a number of fashion designers, including Ann Demeulemeester, Julius, Vivienne Westwood, Giorgio Armani, and now Visvim amongst others”.

These scarves are all completely hand finished to help give each one unique effects through the fabric and construction. Each one should differ slightly from one another”.
