James Bond’s Rolex 5513 Submariner up for Auction

This is a rare opportunity to own a genuine piece of pop culture history. The Rolex 5513 Submariner, as worn by Roger Moore in 1973′s Live and Let Die, James Bond film is up for auction at Christies. The auction’s not to be taken likely though with an estimate between $230,000-$450,000 USD.

Having seen the Forest Hills Mid DB unveiled days ago, the Supersaddle 80s provides further homage to the heritage of the brand while making the design more relevant for today. What has been seen to date has really impressed and this Marathon Mid hiking boot will certainly raise anticipation. A classic piece with minimal design aspects with all attention focused on the quality and aesthetic, these will certainly be on my shopping list.

I’m hardly a fan of David Beckham’s style, but I do think that this is a very interesting collaboration, so heres a second look at whats pending as the next range of adidas’ ObyO collection comes to fruition. At the same time, this collaboration also involves the assistance of Undefeated’s James Bond, who’s eye and success is something I truly admire.
