Famed bike makers Cinelli have teamed up with MASH SF to create another exceptional frame, this time for Interbike 2010. A minimal concept is in place for the design work with co-branding very recognizable while you will have to head over to your nearest Cinelli dealer about availability and specifics. Days ago we saw the Mash SF 2010 uniform which has certainly made an impression, now comes this latest project with Cinelli which follows suit. It also is celebrates the installation from Mash SF set up at Project Space Gallery in Los Angeles which surrounds the foray of the California Tour.

We recently told you about a new exhibition from Mash SF at Incase and Arkitip’s new Project Space, well it recently opened and you can check out some pics from the event below.

The fixie crew have curated a show which highlights their 750 mile tour of California in 2009 which features a series of photographs, bikes and even a short film of the grueling event.  The evening was kicked off with a fixed gear only race from Echo Park to Project Space and was attended by the Mash SF collective plus a wealth of LA’s cycling enthusiasts and hipster community.

To coincide with the Tour of California, cycling team and enthusiasts Mash, have released a Mash 2010 Team uniform to start the celebrations early. The rainbow colors of the uniform features a pattern that has been derived from the color distribution of a Histogram photo taken in the hills of San Francisco. Mash 2010 Team uniform also includes water bottles, socks, riding gloves, iron on patches, a sleeveless vest and stickers for your bike, of which you can see all below.

Following up on the success of this years Mash collaboration with Cinelli, Benny Gold has worked on a new colorway for spring 2010. The frame will be debuted this week at the Interbike Tradeshow. The custom paint and frame stickers are meant to resemble the shape of the Mash lighting bolt and give the bike a feeling of speed. Cinelli will continue to offer the classic color as well as the new color option. In addition it still will have a paper plane snuck in!

MASH SF Tour of California 2009 Trailer is a post from: SLAMXHYPE

Much has been made of this hugely impressive collaboration between Cinelli and MASHSF. First seen at Interbike 2008, the prototype track bike was made production-ready over the winter and the first finished framesets will hit shops next week. Here is the most detailed look prior to release of the MASHSF X Cinelli fixie bike, an all-new design built from the ground up unlike previous collaborative art bikes that were designed around existing models. Benny Gold is responsible for the visual design and look of the frame, with the bike features pursuit track geometry, monochromatic paint scheme and a retro-Classic Cinelli crest logo on the head tube.

The price is confirmed at $850 US for frame, fork and headset. In the US, bikes will be available through Cinelli Authorized Dealers making for a very exciting release for riders with Benny Gold offering the art work.
