Scandinavian label Wood Wood and Medicom’s FABRICK division have produced a set of bags for Spring/Summer 2011. The packs feature outergalactic and nail polish prints applied to backpacks, tote bags and waist bags.

Alexandre Herchcovitch is the latest designer to work alongside Medicom and Porter on their Fabrick collaboration series. The capsule collection of bags, is made up of waist bags, duffle bags, backpacks and wallets, each available in 3 different colourways featuring a custom made print by the Brazilian designer.

Erik Brunetti for Medicom Fabrick

Having showcased a few previews of the collection Erik Brunetti has compiled with Medicom Fabrick, here on SLAMXHYPE we can provide you a complete look at the collection created by the artist. Fusing together his trademark aesthetic of drawing with a camouflage that replicates the Vietnam M-1 helmet cover, “also referred to as the Jungle leaf pattern or the “Mitchell”. These helmets were often decorated with graffiti by soldiers depicting symbols of peace, nihilism and drug use”. Consisting of backpack, waist/shoulder bag, tote bag, slippers, wallet and pillow this is another hugely impressive project to come from Erik Brunetti. Alakazam For Medicom Fabrick

Fabrick, the textile side of the famed Medicom has compiled some of the most exciting names in the street scene and none more so than Will Sweeney’s Alakazam!. The English artist has put together some signature work featuring a monster inspired theme on a selection of items from my favourites the room slippers and cushion to the messenger bag and pouches.
