So after skipping the Haute Couture runway last season, Riccardo Tisci is continuing to challenge the rules of couture with Givenchy’s new sweatshirt collab with artist Benjamin Shine. Yup, just the one sweatshirt. But what’s so special about this sweatshirt is that it is made from ONE single piece of tulle, depicting an abstract Madonna.
…Riccardo Tisci’s use of prints in amongst a heavily streetwear influenced aesthetic have not only reinvented Givenchy but influenced menswear in a huge way in recent years.
