Surface to Air’s Creative Director, Gordon Hull, has developed a children’s collection, set to be available in 2009, at Surface to Air stores, along with Isetan and Barney’s. Fang’s is a simple children’s take on the Surface to Air aesthetic, simple graphics with clean fabrics. Its been good to see this recent trend of children’s collections continue to develop. Surface To Air have compiled one of the most exciting collections for this winter. Having kept cuts to a minimum and featuring minimal detail with high quality has really made the collection stand out. Amongst this release is a great checkerboard design thick knit, an incredibly smooth calf leather weekend bag. While a semi-gloss red to produce buffalo check pattern black canvas printed check sneaker and the raw denim cap of an exciting release from the Parasian label.

With a dependable strong denim presence, the collection has to be one of my favourites thus far, having seen numerous Spring ranges for next season. Surface To Air have added some pretty emphatic jewelry to their impressive line of clothing. The Parasian label have compiled a run of metal and leather necklaces that have been executed to fine effect featuring a dark aesthetic making this release very interesting with everything from Skull pieces to Rosary beads and crosses. The aesthetic of Surface To Air continues to impress and evolve, and perhaps there finest collection thus far is about to release. Maintaining a very classic look with there coats, jackets and shirts constructed around traditional cuts although providing a unique relaxed and worn feel. Here is a look at what is in store for winter and I can say I am impressed with the leather bomber and the pale blue shirt with the slim rounded collar and white strip down the buttons. This is going to be a big collection for Surface To Air, which is available now at Nomad.
