3. Cucumber, Lemon, and Ginger Juice
To make this juice you need:
- 5-10 slices of cucumber
- 1 tbsp of grated ginger
- 180 ml of water
- One squeezed lemon
- One pinch of pink salt (optional)
Method:
Firstly extract the juice from the cucumber slices. Then mix the cucumber juice and ginger with the water and get the soft solution of them. Then add lemon juice and salt to it. Mix this solution well and drink it immediately.
