Wacko Mario have compiled more great things this season and this drop is a prime example. Featuring some really impressive outerwear which includes a great bomber jacket with a fur lining while there are more exciting things in the form of the sweaters and long sleeved tees. Combining a more military theme with there well known love for jazz has really come accross in a strong way with this far more extensive line.

Wacko Maria is one of the labels that we’ve been following quite closely over the years, continually releasing items abiding to their ”Guity Pleasures” theme and biker-inspired aesthetics. Here is a look at another great range of Fall/Winter releases from the Japanese label that exhibit a more English Military appeal including a peacoat and a parka trenchcoat, lined with a union jack patterned fabric. Wacko Maria continue to impress me with every piece, and this coat which really epitomizes what the label is about is on par with the current winter season. Once again not much to describe apart from the execution of this single breasted coat which features a polka dot lining and will be available in both black and off white.

Here is a look at some more impressive items from one of our favourite label Wacko Maria, which includes a few impressive long sleeved items from jackets to plaid shirts. Founded by former Japanese soccer players, Wacko Maria creates clothing drawing inspiration from friends, movies, music, wine, and women, often incorporating into the clothing their signature slogan “Guity Parties” as seen in the images after the jump. There has been so much to talk about when the name Wacko Maria comes up, having seen a more extensve collection for this winter. This release proves more of the Japanese labels worth with a really impressive work shirt and denim. Featuring all the great detailing seen on other Wacko Maria pieces with some great patchwork and artwork embroidery on the shirt while the denim has been executed with great distinction.

Wacko Maria, have built there aesthetic surrounding a subtle take on the biker come punk scene. In this collaboration with SPIT they have worked with another label with similar roots. The final piece features a vintage esque tee reminiscent of Wacko Maria, with a motorcycle graphic.

Here is the latest addition from the growing stocks of Wacko Maria in the form of an impressive M-65 jacket. I recently saw this in at ELT in Tokyo and was very impressed with the execution that is on par with the vintage look the Japanese is renown for. All the detailing provides this great ‘army’ green jacket with a great feel, I am especially liking the ‘I Love Girls’ embroidery on the back.

Wacko Maria have transformed their fascination for jazz and turned it into some of the fines artwork on clothing around. Having put a strong foot forward with their tees, now comes this collection of hoodies which pay tribute to some of the greatest names to grace jazz music. Featuring the likes of Miles Davis, Bill Evans, John Coltrane, Paul Chambers and Art Blakey it does not get much better with the simple execution.
