3. Kegel Exercises:

kegel exercises can help you with your labor as they strengthen the pelvic muscles and supports the functioning of the urinary system. You will get better results if you perform Kegel exercise daily for 5-10 minutes.

4. Quality Time with Family:

Quality time with family can reduce the stress you suffer through before the big day as spending quality time and showing warmth, care and respect could be an encouragement for building a positive and happy family.
