Best ways to improve your brain power-The brain is the most potent weapon that a person possesses. However, this weapon works in two ways, one to get you the things in life that you desire and another to push you down in your life. In simple words, it might work for you; it might work against you. How you utilize the potential of your mind is visualizing up to you, and here in this article, we are going to look into some exercises that can help anybody to get rid of the negativity and train the brain towards leading a successful life.

MEDITATION
First, we have a visualization. It is the practice of thinking clearly and having a clear vision of your thoughts. Many successful people like Steve Jobs, Oprah, Jerry Seinfeld, and many others practice meditation.
Mr. Ray Dalio, founder of the largest fund in the world, said in an interview that meditation has helped him open up his mind with the view of every possibility. In that interview, he said,” Meditation has given me centeredness and creativity. It’s also given me peace and health.”

A 10 minute long meditation time before you start your day is enough to keep you focused and calm throughout the day.

PHYSICAL EXERCISE
Next in our list is the habit of maintaining proper physical fitness. One can take up a sport that requires physical fitness as a hobby or continue with regular cardio exercises like be running, cycling, etc. Going to the gym five to six times a week is probably the best solution, but matter most is the regularity.
The tiring feeling one gets after doing something that is physically very demanding helps to reduce stress in our mind. The chemicals released during physical stress are endorphins which makes us feel good and thus maintaining a regular physically challenging routine is necessary for a successful and stressless mindset.

VISUALIZING

Once you get ready for a run, you set up a goal for yourself to run a specific number of laps before giving up or to reach a point within a certain amount of time. This is the visualisation we need in every aspect of our life; we need our mind to set up goals for itself to reach, smaller goals probably leading up to a bigger target.
Planning a startup or pursuing a career in a particular field, everything requires visualisation.
KEEPING YOUR COMMITMENT

This is probably the most important one, and it mostly follows on visualisation. What use is visualising a plan, a goal if you can’t commit to the limit needed for that goal to be a success in reality? The best way is to seek an example is from a sportsperson who represents his/her country in any world tournament. The level of dedication and commitment in their lives to reach up to that point is beyond imagination.
So after visualising the goal, keep the commitment you make to no one else but yourself. You need to know and believe that you can do something before actually going for it. And once you start the journey, don’t give up. Because from that point on, the road to the success you are seeking is a one-way road.
Keep in mind, these little but essential things, and you can achieve anything you want. The mentioned criteria are all you need to have a successful mindset.
