Easy home remedies for soft hands!

1. Olive Oil and Sugar Scrub:

While Olive oil is an excellent moisturizer which can keep your hands supple and hydrated, Sugar is an excellent exfoliator which helps to slough off the dirt and dead skin cells from your hands. To prepare this, Mix some olive oil with sugar and scrub your hands. Wash off with lukewarm water. Use this remedy every day for a week for best results.

2. Egg Yolk:

You may also soak your hands in egg yolk to get softer hands.Due to the skin-softening properties of egg yolk, it softens your hands, and it also treats the signs of aging. Separate an egg yolk in a bowl. Now add some honey to it. Mix properly and soak your hands in this for about 10 minutes. Later, wash off with warm water.

3. Almond Oil Massage:

Almond oil treats signs of aging due to the presence of antioxidants in it. It also has moisturizing properties that can help to keep your hands soft and hydrated. Take some almond oil and heat it for some time. Now soak your hands in this lukewarm almond oil or massage your hands thoroughly with this. Wash off with lukewarm water.

4. Exfoliate Your Hands:

You should exfoliate your hands in a couple of days. Dip your hands in water and use an exfoliating scrub to remove the dead skin cells and all the dirt from the skin properly. Then, wash off with water. If you don’t want to go for chemical scrubs, you can make your own scrub at home. Repeat this remedy every day to see better results.

5. Moisturize your hands:

Moisturising your hands is very very important. It will keep your hands soft, supple and hydrated. Take a hydrating hand cream and massage your hands with this. Make sure you massage the cream in between the hands, palm and also the cuticles. 6. Drink plenty of water:

Drinking plenty of water will keep your entire body hydrated. You should drink at least eight glasses of water every day to keep your body hydrated. Your skin needs a lot of water to keep itself nourished and moisturized. Drinking water can help to keep your hands supple, moisturized and soft. Also, You should avoid drinking alcohol and caffeine. Because they dehydrate your skin thus leading to dryness or chapping.

7. Use Sugar and Lemon:

Here is another effective scrub which you can easily prepare at home. Take half a lemon and sprinkle some sugar over it. Now massage your hand using this lemon until the sugar dissolves completely and the lemon juice is squeezed out completely. This is a simple remedy which can be done every day. This will not only exfoliate your dead skin but also will lighten your skin tone and get you rid of tanned skin.
