4. Honey
Honey is full of vitamins and minerals which help to nourish the skin. It leaves the skin supple and smooth.
5. Yogurt
The lactic acid in yogurt helps to close the pores due to which any bacteria cannot enter the skin. It dissolves dead cells of the skin preventing acne-causing bacteria to breed over it.
Prep:
Take a medium-sized bowl and start by adding two spoons of chickpeas powder. Add a spoon of turmeric powder and then add one teaspoon each of olive oil and honey into this bowl. Now add 3 spoons of yogurt. Mix all this well to form a nice paste. You should find a yellow colored mix rather than a white one.
Application
Use your fingertips to apply this mixture. Keep your hands clean as dirty hands would give rise to more skin issues. Leave this mix for 30 minutes every day to see the best results. Before 21 days, you would be surprised to see the skin difference.
