With all its politics, drama, betrayals, supernatural elements and of course the skilled actors it has garnered a huge fan base from all around which quite frankly it deserves. Are you also curious of what has turned out of some of your favourite characters? Then allow me to take you on a ride down the memory lane.
Let’s see how the “Game of Thrones” cast in 2011 vs Now.
Kit Harrington as Jon Snow
Well, here’s most of the girls’ heartthrob. Doesn’t he looks super mature and it seems he ‘knows a lot’ now as opposed to the past. *wink wink*
Sean Bean as Eddard Stark
Okay, spoiler alert, I cried a lot when he was killed and wanted to punch Joffrey in the eye, although he got what was coming his way. Still, nothing can replace the horror of Ned’s death.
Michelle Fairley as Catelyn Stark
Oh! Look at my lady all confident and gorgeous as she always looks. Her performance as Lady Stark was brilliant.
Sophie Turner as Sansa Stark
Well, Sophie is turning the temperature high. She’s no more the naive girl that she used to be in the series. In the journey of Game of Thrones, she has gone through a lot after her father’s death, and she is becoming every bit as strong as her mother. Her character has shown an extensive growth over these years.
Masie Williams as Arya Stark
Well, she’ growing at speed. What started as a defiant, rebellious little girl (for all the right reasons), is now such a great character in herself. She is strong, powerful and skilful now. Arya Stark is led by too many forces, faced a lot many challenges and stood like a rock against all of the hurdles. I love her character.
Richar Madden as Robb Stark
Well, hasn’t he turned into a charmer?

Isaac Hempstead Wright as Bran Stark
Isaac has hands down the most interesting character ever. With so many mysteries unfolding about him, so many pages turned into his life his character shows a lot of diversity.
Joseph Mawle as Benjen Stark
Have you already forgotten him? Fake fan alert! (just kidding)
Emilia Clarke As Daenerys Targaryen
Well, our dragon queen or Khaleesi is way too bubbly in real life than the robust stature she shows herself to be on screen. She looks gorgeous always and forever.
Harry Lloyd as Viserys Targaryen
No one can forget this evil, shrewd brother who got just what was coming for him.
Jason Momoa as Khal Drogo
Jason is an outstanding actor as we can tell by his role as Khal Drogo.
Lena Headey as Cersei Lannister
The most villainous character you can think of. Her acting is outstanding as she never fails to bring that rage that a villain demands.

Nikolaj Coster- Waldau as Jaime Lannister
He is a combination of good and evil and sexy *ahem ahem*. Time has worked wonders on him.
Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister
The world’s favourite dwarf. Tyrion is by far my favourite character as he has shown a range of emotions, gone through a lot, rejected and cheated by many but still holds his head high and has his wits about himself. With the help of his intelligence, he has battled through everything that has come his way.

Jack Gleeson as Joffrey Baratheon
He has committed a lot of sins on his side and has well paid for it in the series, but all in all, he is a phenomenal actor.
Alfie Allen as Theon Greyjoy
Oh my God, his character arises sympathy, abhorrence and love at the same time which is excellent. His character has suffered a lot through the series and has been tamed by many forces. Let’s see what he has to offer in the final episodes.
