White bean soup
Ingredients:
- Olive oil
- 100g onion
- 500g white beans
- 500ml water
- Salt and other spices

Put the seeds in the cold water. After they get submerged, boil them for about 40 minutes. In the frying pan, heat some olive oil and add chopped onion in it. Fry the onion. Add some salt and spices in the onion and insert it to the beans. Boil the mixture for 5 minutes. Blend everything to make uniform consistency. After blending, heat it. Broccoli soup
Ingredients:
- One vegetable or chicken broth
- 800g trout fillet
- 500g broccoli
- One carrot
- One tbsp flour
- 400ml cream
- One tbsp butter
- One tbsp sesame
- A pinch of nutmeg
- Cinnamon
- A pinch of paprika
- A pinch of marjoram
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley
Keep the chicken or vegetable broth for boiling. Place the fillet on the foil add some, salt, pepper, cinnamon, marjoram, paprika in it. Place the net in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Boil the chopped carrots for four minutes and add broccoli in it. Again boil it for more six minutes. To get the water out of it, use a colander. Place the veggies in the saucepan. Blend it by adding broth to it to make a uniform consistency. Add some spices to it. Take a frying pan and melt some butter in it. Fry a tbsp of flour in it. Pour some cream in the pan and fry it to make thick. Again blend it. You still have to heat it, and your soup is ready.
Mushroom soup
Ingredients:
- Two large onions
- One carrot
- 500ml vegetable oil
- 400g mushrooms
- One stalk of celery
- Three garlic cloves
- Five springs of thyme
- Four chive leaves
- 250ml white wine
- Three – fourth cup of cream
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Fry the half-cut rings of onion in olive oil on medium heat for about 30 minutes. Cut the mushrooms into 4-8 pieces. Fry the chopped celery and carrot in a saucepan and add garlic, and mushrooms in it. Stir it constantly and leave it for 5 minutes.
Pour some wine and add thyme to it. Put all it in a bowl. Put the material for boiling and add fried onion and vegetable broth in it.
Be ready to blend the soup and against it for heating. Pour the soup in the cream. Your soup is ready to serve.
Asparagus soup
Ingredients:
- Bay leaf
- Five springs of parsley
- One potato
- 50 ml of cream
- 40g butter
- 250g asparagus
- One stalk of leek
- 400ml chicken broth
- Three springs of thyme
Peel off asparagus. Boil it in salted water for 7 minutes. After boiling keep it in ice water. Cut the leek into thin slices. Cut the peeled potato into large chunks. Take the saucepan and then melt some butter in it. Fry the slices of leek in it for 3 minutes. Add other veggies and spices in it and keep it boiling for 45 minutes. Blend the material and pour it into the cream. Boil it and add tops of asparagus to it. Heat it for about 2 minutes.
Cauliflower and chicken soup
Ingredients:
- 100ml cream
- 500 g cauliflower
- 50g smoked bacon
- 200g chicken fillet
- 80g green peas
- Salt and black pepper
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- Two tbsp of olive oil
Cook the chicken fillet by boiling it. Remove the broth from it. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Keep the broth aside of around 100 ml and boil the cauliflower.
Take a blender and put the broth, cauliflower, and some salt. Blend all these to make a uniform puree.
Heat the cream but do not boil it. Blend the cream with puree. Cut the bacon and garlic cloves into small pieces. Take a pan and fry bacon in it with olive oil. After three minutes, add garlic in it and fry it for 2 minutes. You can add green peas in it, and your soup is ready to serve.
