STEPS:

1. For perfectly winged eyeliner you will need the help of scotch tape as it will help in the lift up of the eyeliner. Stick a piece of scotch tape on the back of your hand; it is done to prevent the crease on the tape.

2. Now stick the tape at the outer corner of your eye in such a way that it will give straight and perfect lift up of the eyeliner. Make sure that it is a little bit away from the waterline as the skin present there is pretty delicate.

3. Do the angle ling cautiously as it should be the same in both the eyes. Now take your favorite eyeliner it can be liquid, gel or creamy and of any color.

4. After sticking the tape draws the line starting from the outer corner of the eye and near the waterline and make a straight line along with the scotch tape and end it where you want it to be.

5. Now it is time to make the second and upper line of the eyeliner. To make perfect wing start the second line at the end of the first line and join it on the eyelid where you want it to and then fill the space between both the lines.

6. To apply eyeliner on the eyelid, first of all, make a line shaping the real lash line and let it meet to the wing and after that make the second line but give some space between both the lines but the shape should be the same as of your eyelid and then fill the space between them.

7. You should maintain the thickness and increase it gradually starting from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner.

8. Now it is time to recheck the eyeliner and clear up the spread out eyeliner using the concealer and it should be same as of your skin color.
