You might have done very many experiments in your chemistry labs. But do you know you can prepare your water filter? It is just as simple as the one at your home. You need a container, a handkerchief, and some water. Dip your kerchief into the unclean water from one end. The other side should drop down to your clean container which would collect the filtered water. Maintain the first container at a higher platform than the second one. Your water should come out clean in an hour.
#11 Condoms to store water!
Have you ever thought a condom could store clean drinking water for you? Well, they are leak-proof and robust. Then why not put them to use. It can play the role of a reservoir of about 1-liter water. Tie one end of the condom to a tube and place it inside a soak. Neither you lose your water and nor stop drinking.
#12 Stop fearing all the snakes
Not all snakes leave their poison behind. Therefore, you need not scare your wits out every time you see a snake. Learn to differentiate between the dangerous and the non-poisonous ones. The most significant is the shape of the head. The venomous snake will generally depict a triangular head. On the underside of their tail, there will be just one row of scales. On the other hand, non-venomous snakes show a double row of scales. If you pass by a snake with a rattle on its tail, be more cautious. It’s a rattlesnake and cent percent poisonous. Also, a heat-sensitive pit present between the eye and nostrils of a venomous snake helps them detect their warm-blooded prey. Whereas, the non-poisonous snakes lack this pit.
